Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

  • Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable, that the material has been removed or disabled.

  • Provide the user with your DMCA notice and information about filing a counter-notice, if they believe the removal was mistaken.

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.

  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location on the website before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which SuccessTales may be found, if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

SuccessTales reserves the right to terminate access to our website for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in accordance with the DMCA.
